A long overdue simulation of one or Ireland's unofficial national dishes, the fabled 3-in-1. There are Take-Away restaurants all over the country that offer what is vaguely described as 'Asian Inspired' food, and while plenty of the dishes are genuine enough, there are a questionable stalwarts that we love.
Among them is a 3-in-1 which is simply just chips, rice and curry sauce, in a tin-foil tray (not depicted) and often eaten on the spot with a plastic fork. Quick fuel for a would-be reveller to keep the night going, to wrap it up, or as an ill-fated attempt to speed up the healing process the next day. All hail the 3-in-1.
